How do I not lose my set?

I spent 2500 points on the Lego website to buy the Fortnite Beef boss set, I then realized I placed the order for my old address, so I cancelled and when I went to reorder, the code I got doesn’t work anymore. I’ve been on hold with customer service for an hour, is there anything I can do to get that back without waiting?
