Account restricted and reach tanked

Hey guys.

My three month old Instagram account was just restricted for no reason at all and now it says I can't interact with certain accounts.

This restriction also completely tanked my reach and now all my posts are no longer surfacing. The likes and views have completely halted.

Why the heck did this happen and what can I do about it?! My page was growing so good until they hit me with this and now I feel like I need to make a new account.

Can anyone help me here?
