Water's Edge Apartments?

I might be moving to Corpus in a couple months for flight school and was looking at renting a townhome at Water's Edge Apartments. Anyone know if they're a good place to live at right now? I've found some pretty mixed things online but most of it was from several years ago so I'm not sure what to make of it. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
