5 AI prompts that helped me land better freelance clients

I've been freelancing for about 3 years and using AI heavily for the last year.

Most AI prompts online are pretty useless for real client work, but a few actually saved me a lot of time.

Here are a few that worked for me:

1. Cold outreach prompt

"Write a short cold email to a [business type] explaining how I can help them improve [specific problem]. Keep it under 120 words and end with a simple question."

2. Proposal prompt

"Turn the following project details into a clear proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing."

3. Invoice follow-up prompt

"Write a polite payment reminder email that is professional but firm."

4. Scope creep response

"Write a polite message explaining that the requested change is outside the agreed scope and include a revised quote."

5. Value-based pricing

"Estimate project pricing based on value delivered rather than hours worked."

I ended up collecting around 50+ prompts like these for:
