Cheap & safe parking near Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth?

Hey Montreal folks,

I’m coming to Montreal in mid March and staying at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth. The hotel parking is a bit pricey, so I’m looking for safer and cheaper alternatives nearby.

I don’t mind walking 5–10 min if it saves some cash. Better not street parking. Bonus if it’s well-lit or monitored!

Anyone got tips or personal experience parking near downtown hotels? Thanks a ton!
