Working out & compression vest

When did everyone go back to normal with chest exercises such as bench after surgery? I had gland removal and lipo.

Also I’m 6.5 weeks post op. Took my compression vest off on Sunday. I notice at the end of the day I feel slight pain until I put my vest back on then it feels better. Anyone else experience this?
