Need help

I have recently moved into a service truck (been in it about a year). It has a toolbox in it but I hate that the tools placed in the drawer move so damn much when I’m on road. What do you guys suggest? I’ve looked into kaizen foam but that shit is expensive. If you have any other ideas that would be much appreciated! TIA

Edit for clarity: the box has my ratchets, nut drivers, screwdrivers, and some other odd ball tools.
