[ 2x3 studded walls ] need a short electric 1 gang box with max depth of 3in

i live in a older home [ all walls of my bedrooms are 2x3 const, built in 60's ] and in need of a 1gang box for power to inst behind a tv mounted on a wall. im close to the stud, away from the lag bolts so theirs no issue with driving one in via a screw. all the boxes i seen are over 3in in depth that install via 2 screws....

any1 know of one thats max depth of 3in and can drive via a pair of screws.... using nails is impossible
