Agency CNA and pregnant

What’s everyone’s opinion on this? I have an in house job and plan to work there for a couple more months full time, however I’m curious on people’s thoughts of being pregnant and just picking up clipboard or nursa shifts here and there. Is it wrong to do that? Like if you had an agency cna come to your facility who was 7-8 months pregnant and couldn’t do everything would you be annoyed? They get paid more and it’s an expectation they come to work hard and already know everything, etc. I have been a CNA for 3 years spending most of which doing agency so I know what I’m doing, I just know in a few months time I will be restricted in certain ways.
