Job ghosted me... BEFORE Phone Interview!

Been looking for work for awhile now, and a job came up on Indeed fora completely legit company contacted me to set up a phone interview. We set that all up, I was all ready by the phone for the call... and waitied, and waited. After an hour, I sent a follow up email, and nothing. I called their offices and got nothing but voicemails. So now I'm mad!

Question: Their ad on Indeed is still up, do I hit "report this job"?
