I want to build a cedh deck.

whats your thought process when building a cedh deck? ive built several decks that can win turn 6/7 but I want to build something faster, id like to build my own rather than just rip off, something I found on moxfield. do you pick a commander then build around it? pick a win con and build up from there? I typically pick a commander and build off its abilities.
