21 years old (Male) with testosterone at 322 and extremely low libido despite good sleep, diet, and training

Blood work

I’m a 21 year old male and recently got bloodwork done. My total testosterone came back at 322 ng/dL, which seems low for my age.

Lifestyle factors are pretty dialed in:

• Lift weights 5x per week

• Track calories and macros

• ~180g protein per day

• Currently in a calorie surplus

• Sleep 7–9 hours per night consistently

• Magnesium before bed

• Bodyweight ~173 lbs

• Not overweight

The main issue is very low libido.

I rarely get spontaneous erections and generally just don’t feel much sex drive. Morning erections are also pretty uncommon.

Since most of the obvious lifestyle factors seem to be in place, I’m trying to figure out what could be causing this.

A few questions:

1.	What additional blood markers should I check besides total testosterone? (free T, SHBG, LH, FSH, prolactin, thyroid, etc.)

2.	Has anyone successfully raised testosterone naturally from this range?

3.	Are supplements like boron, ashwagandha, or tongkat ali actually helpful or mostly hype?

Ideally I’d like to get my testosterone into a more normal range for someone my age (around 600–800+) if possible.

I’m also planning to see a doctor soon to run more detailed bloodwork. I’m hoping to figure out the cause and address it naturally if possible since I’d prefer to avoid testosterone therapy at such a young age.

Would appreciate any advice or insights
