Lumpy lip filler after 3 weeks

So about 3 weeks ago i got lip filler (0.5ml) for the first time disrupted between my top and bottom lip. I’m not sure what filler it was but she mentioned it was a hyaluronic acid filler. I also got filler for my cleft chin that same day (1ml). It’s been over 3 weeks and my lip filler it still lumpy and there’s a lump under my chin. I’m aware chin filler takes longer to heal but lip filler should be healed by now. Is this normal? I figured it may still be lumpy due to there being more trauma on the lower part of my face but i’m not sure.
