Is ranked filled with bots disguised as 'real' players???

How tf can I get a 24 kills / 0 deaths in a ranked game wich is supposed to have real players? I even did a 1v5 fight (I won lol).

Am I a litteral god at this game or people (hum, bots) are really stupid?
