Question for People in Quebec

I'm moving to Montreal in a few months and I want to start T as soon as possible once I get over there. I have a few friends in Canada, but they're all from the BC province and I think the answer to my questions vary based on province.

I know Canada has free healthcare based on taxes and whatnot (please forgive my horrid lack of information, I'm from Oklahoma 😭) and I just wanted to know if anyone had any information on the process of getting on Testosterone and what it would look like financially? I've heard that QC is a little more conservative and therefore might be a little different, so I wanted to see if anyone could help me out here?
