Don't want to end it, but don't know how to keep going

I am so sick to the point where I literally cannot function. I can barely move, even if I decide I am going to get up and do x now, my body just refuses. People always say "just do it!" but I physically can't. And when I do eventually manage to get myself to move the bare minimum, usually after hours of pushing, I feel so extreme fatigue I need to sit down asap.

Can't afford meds because I obviously cannot work. Parents don't believe in mental health and think I am lazy. They made it clear that I either do university, which I struggle with immensely for obvious reasons, or go to work, which I can't do. So once I fail all my subjects and drop out of uni in may, I am go to the street and there won't be any going back. I have zero clue how to stop this. I don't have anyone. The state dgaf, government aid just doesn't exist.
