Spring/ summer courses

I need advice if anyone could answer some questions. Basically I was supposed to graduate this semester but had to drop a course due to bad grades and I don’t want it on my transcript. So I know this will delay my graduation but I don’t really mind. I’m just wondering how do you sign up for spring courses? There’s a Chang School course I want to do but obviously I didn’t do course intentions. So do I just wait until course enrollment starts and just join the class. Also do I just pay like 600-700 for the course or is there other fees I have to pay? Also I can’t see an option to view courses that are in the spring yet, I’m assuming because enrollment is not open yet.
