Chat do I just retreat to the Mongolian steppes

Today me and a friend saw the most beautiful girl and I wanted to say smt but I got flustered, so he takes it into his hands to break the ice for me, he walks up to her and says “hi my friend thinks you’re pretty” and at this point I’m just flabbergasted, I smile and walk away which is low key so stupid. But it was so embarrassing. It just adds to the stereotypes of eng majors so that’s unfortunate. So I feel like at this point my only option is to travel to Mongolia and become a sheep farmer. But yea small lil rant. Feel free to say your thoughts😮‍💨
