Effective way to kill curses/ transfigured humans

what if in Shibuya, a sorcerer or a HR user would use a car and speed over 80 mph with a window rolled down and a cursed tool holded towards transfigursd humana and curses, and slicing them all instantly. and the user of this method would avoid Sukuna s malevolent shrine 140-meter radius. And i thought of hus method if it happened before sukuna was reincarnated in Shibuya or before he used Fuga. and with jogo and mahito and the other special grades out of plan. im talking about low grade curses and transfigured humans.

also civilians aren't a matter of worry. 90% of them died in the curtain.
