Top 4 D vs Top 6 D with morale on

My defense is packed and I'm hesitating between keeping me Top 4 D in my 3rd line or trading him for a Top 6.

In your experience, is the Top 6 gonna sim better than the Top 4 even though he'll be angry for not playing enough minutes?
