I need some help with decreasing rendering times

I am trying to make a found footage thing and all the lights in the backrooms that I have so far (3967) are probably slowing it down a lot, and i watched a video to know the best settings to decrease the render time, but it will still take 24 hours to render the 2105 frames so far, and my computer likely will crash, so I need to figure out a way I can render faster so I can have it render and not crash. Can you give me some tips to help decrease rendering times?
