Do you think I have IBS or something else?

Since like September of last year I have been having these stomach cramps alongside with stomach noises, gas, bloating, and some constipation. It is mostly the cramping feeling that bothers me the most. I went to see my doctor and did bloodwork and he said that it all came back fine. He says he thinks I have stress or anxiety induced IBS because of a recent loss in my family. I am in my early 20s and have been relatively healthy before this. Does this sound like IBS or something more serious?
