Need Help to Confirm Component Match

Hey everyone, I'm new to renting out compute online but I'm really interested and would like to start with this initial build and use proxmox to compartmentalize. I was wondering if 1. Proxmox would be able to run on this and 2. Would these components be good at all? Otherwise do you have any other recommendations?

I was wondering what tools you guys would use to confirm parts like these would match together? Any advice helps!
