[TOMT][MOVIE][90s/2000s] Comedy where a guy pees all over a living room and electronics spark

So, this might sound strange, but all I can recall is that it was nighttime. The main character was in a house when he was yelled at by another guy. In response, he started peeing all over the living room furniture, the TV, and everything else. It wasn’t a college or frat movie, but rather a slapstick comedy gags and gross humor because he was peeing much more than usual. The scene was near the end of the movie. It has to be around 90s - 2000s. I don’t remember famous actors playing in it. Unfortunately , I can’t find it using AI, so I’m turning to Reddit as my last resort.
