No set-completion items to purchase this month?

If I'm missing the last pikmin in a set and the month runs out, I'll sometimes buy the set-completing missions from the store where you get to choose the set and color. I just checked the store and it looks like they're only offering that for the Spring stickers. So the monthly currency not only has to cover two sets, but you won't be able to buy completion to them or the new set?
