UB Rewards CC CL increase

Hello, last week I applied for a UnionBank Rewards CC. To my surprise, it got approved instantly with a 15k CL, even though I don't have any accounts to the bank. How long does it usually take for the CL to increase? I'm planning to buy a replacement phone and it's not enough.
