Please Help: Day 15 PO- Pulsing pain in chin

Hi all-

I’m day 15 post op (double jaw and genio) and around 4 days ago i’ve been experiencing intense pulsing pain in my chin. All other parts of recovery going smoothly but pain management for this has been difficult. My surgeon knows about this and may put me on some preventative antibiotics in the case whatever it is may make it more prone to infection.

That said, has anyone else experienced this? A deep throbbing pain in middle of chin? Any insight is much appreciated.
