Unpopular opinion? Gareth is actually WAY more dangerous than Killian... and I’m so much more connected to him ❣️
Okay, Rina Kent girlies (and guys), I need to get this off my chest because it’s been living in my head rent-free since I finished Kiss the Villain.
In the Legacy of Gods series, Gareth always came across as the quiet, helpful, responsible one—the golden boy who keeps things together while Killian is out there being his chaotic, psycho self. Like, Gareth was the “safe” Carson brother, right? The one who seems chill and supportive.
But then Kiss the Villain happened... and holy crap, Gareth is on another level. He’s not just dangerous—he’s terrifying in this calculated, deep, hidden way that makes Killian look almost predictable by comparison. The way he hides that darkness under the perfect facade, the impulses he barely controls, the self-destructive streaks... it’s so much more intense and unhinged. Rina really showed us that the quiet ones are the ones you need to watch out for 👀
And personally? I feel so connected to Gareth.
His layers, his internal battles, the way he finally lets someone see the real him... it hits different. With Killian, I love the energy and the obsession, but he always felt a bit more “larger than life” and distant to me—like admiring a storm from afar. Gareth feels real, raw, and like I could actually understand where he’s coming from, even the dark parts.
Am I the only one who flipped from Team Killian (or neutral) to full-on Gareth stan after KTV? Or do you still think Killian edges him out in the danger department? Spill—no judgment, I just need to know if anyone else feels this shift too 😭💚
Team Gareth all the way now. Fight me (politely). 😏
