Any books with a story like Persona games?

Hi I'm looking for a fantasy book with a storyline like the Persona series. The games are about groups of students who live normal school lives while secretly fighting supernatural forces. Doesn't have to be students but basically something like that.

Preferably under 300-400 pages, and if possible from Japanese authors. If not then I'm open to suggestions but still not over 300-400 pages.
