How does Georgetown App work?? HELP

I’m really confused about how the Georgetown transfer application works and was hoping someone here might know.

The transfer deadline was March 1, but the Georgetown transfer page says the application stays available until mid-March and that they accept late applicants. I’m trying to submit within the next day or two.

The issue is that when I go to their transfer application site, it only asks for basic applicant information and then immediately takes me to the application fee. I don’t see any sections for essays, extracurriculars, or places to submit recommendation letters.

For those of you who have gone through the Georgetown transfer process, how does this actually work? Are those materials submitted somewhere else after you pay the fee, or am I missing part of the application?
