Concerned about my future relationships.
A bit about me. I'm a 17M living in a city where religion isn't a big thing, but its not advisable to openly talk about it either. Now, my current issues related to this one person I'll call S, and the struggle of finding my place in this world, if you can call it that. I study in an international school, so there's diversity in both ethnics and religion but yet I'm still in the minority (obviously) due to my belief.
My beliefs were recently built (sometime around September 2025), and thus I wanted to share with some of my friends, one of which (S) is muslim. After sharing, I've noticed his reduction of interaction from our group. At first I thought he wanted to focus on his studies, but I found out I was the reason he doesn't interact with us anymore. This happened to his absence during lunch, in discord calls, etc. I for one have grew to the point where I understand, but still want to know why this is. It might be foolish of me, but I am who I am.
I understand that my beliefs are strong and doesn't appeal to everyone, but I just really dont get it. If this persists, how would my other strong relationships hold? Would I find love? I'm just quite concerned about the future, and any advice would be immensely appreciated. Further context will be provided if needed.
