Missile formation

I'm in Season 3, and McGregor's exclusive weapon just came out. My squad is missiles; I have Tesla at level 21, Swift at level 20, and McGregor, whom I just leveled up to 20. Which one do you recommend I level up to 30 first?They also recommend whether to use the 4+1 and with which hero.
