Combos

Can i use motsc glow and AOD together and where should i start? I’m 60 yof low energy brain fog and really bad joint pain. Recent blood work all normal. Currently prescribed mounjaro 12.5 stalled for months. Looking to lose another 30 lbs gain some muscle and get my energy back and relieve this body pain. Idk if you need all that background info but… TIA
