Does the cost of taking a province from a vassal scale with allegiance?

We can buy vassal provinces with influence (since scorpion beta?) with same conditions as moving a province from owned city to owned city. I haven't checked yet if the influence cost reduced with allegiance similar how cooperation costs reduce. Does anyone know?
