I’m currently being held hostage by Swiggy’s "support" loop and I’ve never seen anything this pathetic.
The Timeline of Incompetence:
3:30 PM: Food is ready at the restaurant.
3:59 PM: Original delivery deadline passes.
4:08 PM: I proactively call the delivery partner. He has a puncture. I tell Swiggy support IMMEDIATELY and ask for a reassignment.
4:10 PM - 4:22 PM: Agent goes silent for nearly 15 minutes, then has the audacity to ask "permission" to assign a new partner—something I already asked for.
4:32 PM: Support flat-out LIES and says the partner confirmed the food is still being prepared, even though the app showed it ready an hour ago.
4:43 PM: Over HALF AN HOUR LATER, the agent "updates" me with the same info I gave them at 4:08: "Rider has a bike issue".
4:48 PM: The app finally resets to "Assigning on priority" with a fresh 15-minute timer. I’ve been waiting since 3:14 PM for two burgers.
They are literally playing with people's hunger and time. I’ve spent more time arguing with a bot-like human than it would have taken to walk to the restaurant and back.
Has anyone else dealt with this "Priority Assigning" loop? At this point, I don’t even want the cold food; I want my money back and an apology for the harassment.

Swiggy’s support is a complete scam: 90 mins of "investigating" a flat tire I reported myself.
