can my wire retainer still be adjusted

hello po huhuhu im super scared po kasi nawala po ung retainer ko and nahanap ko na sya parang 2 weeks ako subsob sa paghahanap while galing sa 7-7 classes ko and now ung taas naman po nagfifit pa sya tas ung sa baba po ung isang side nalanb tas ung other side po ayaw na bumaba fully huhu what can i do po pede pa po ba un ipa adjust sa dentist i have no budget po kasi to have another one made im so guilty and heartbroken super stressed po talaga ako about this ik may fault po ako but i just need help right mow super nagpapanic na po ako 😭😭😭😭😭
