How to hire mason contractor for small jobs in hyderabad

I am struggling to find a reliable construction worker or contractor to do a small job at our house. We need to build a small pit to water meter with the cap. it takes about an hour for end to end work. my contractor committed to do this work but he is not picking calls.

I am wondering if we can find this service online ? like urbancompany.
