When do you know it’s over?

Im so mentally exhausted from overanalysing my body. Im 3-4 weeks post treatment and I just got a red bump on my hand and Im not sure if lines are just dry skin or burrows. Its itchy, but the rest of my body finally doesn’t itchy almost at all and I sleep like a baby at night. I’m just so scared It’s not post scabies and i’m actually reinfected. I can’t talk to people about it, in my country no one gets this, last time I mentioned it people freaked out and told me not to get close lol, they didn’t even know what it was until the googled it :( same with me, I didn’t really know about it until I got it from meeting someone from the UK. Dude didn’t tell me he had scabies. People that have been cured, please help meeeee this is so tiring!!! How do I know if i’m cured? Is it normal to get bumps? I’m also scared of over treating my skin
