"Whatever" biscuits?

Mum visited a couple of weeks ago, bringing a tub of her excellent millionaire shortbread. I'll be visiting her next month and need to take the tub back, plus it's Mother's Day (15th) and he birthday, so I asked her what biscuits she would like me to bake to fill the tub up. She has specifically asked for "whatever" biscuits, I'm not really sure what they might be, so please can the community help me out with some whatever ideas?

Only rules are no eggs, and she doesn't like spicy very much. I'll start the bar low with Swizzel Squashie Biscuits...
