Manila vs Province

I’m about to take on a high position in the province. Taga Manila ako. I’m worried about the potential animosity the locals will have against Manileños coming in for a job there especially since I will be getting more benefits and a more flexible work arrangement than them.

How do I maneuver yung galit sa “imperial Manila” eme from my future co-workers and still get their cooperation for my projects
