It’s not that I’m a bigger fan of Rider over Sentai, but rather that I prefer how the narrative of Decade worked over how I felt about Gokaiger. I feel the whole premise and story around the whole multiverse centered on Decade’s cause is what make it an interesting example of someone who isn’t truly an evil person, Gokaiger I feel relies too heavily on the nostalgia of Sentai as defining actors honestly made it confusing and spoiled some of stuff I didn’t even know of at the time. Now Decade too is known for the nostalgia but it’s take on the alternate Riders works for me because their young and less developed and I honestly don’t see how having the original actors returning would’ve helped because they’ve already developed in their own series. Despite what people say of Gokaiger having a linear plot, I honestly disagree with; heavily episodic, relying on a "monster-of-the-week" structure to facilitate tributes to previous series rather than maintaining a linear, fast-paced plot and the main villains, particularly Emperor Ackdos Gill, are generic and lack significant development, failing to create a consistent sense of threat unlike Decade’s who felt more serious against the hero’s philosophy.

Some may say the ending of Decade is bad but I don’t as I felt is was more symb as the endless journey throughout time. While I do like the dynamics of Gokaiger, I prefer how things are dealt whenever characters in Decade respond to.

I honestly prefer Decade over Gokaiger, I’ll explain
