Microneedling timing question

Hi all, I have a microneedling appointment at 4pm Friday, and then a date out planned Saturday night. This will be my 2nd session. During my first session I was not super red, but did have red marks/blotches on my nasiolabial lines, nose nd forehead. Wondering if I will be less red 24 hours after the 2nd session, and if I should cancel the date. Has anyone here gone out in public day after microneedling (at night to avoid sun damage) ?
