Bedford Falls Bar playing music on patio 4am-6am

I feel like I’m going crazy here. Everytime their patio opens back up they’re blaring music super late into the night, 4am and later, it’s bizarre. Who is this even for, no one is out there, it’s closed! I’m sitting here hearing heavy rock from their patio at 6am.

Anyone else in the area who is experiencing this? Any reasonable steps that I can take here beyond a 311 complaint?
