BED BUGS 🛌 Air France 🇫🇷 Business

My 4 year old was bitten by bed bugs from a bed topper/pillow/blanket on Air France AF 51 on December 24 from IAD to CDG. Air France 🇫🇷 refuses to address the issue and provide any refund because “photographs alone, with an assumption of bed bugs on board, are not sufficient to substantiate your claim, as the images do not establish the origin or context of the alleged incident.” My son was scratching and uncomfortable when on the flight, and the first night after the flight, I noticed his neck, back, and butt with fresh bed bug bites. I took pictures of the bites that night and the day after. I have pictures that I sent to Air France 🇫🇷 but don’t want to post them here to expose his naked butt.
