Maintenance - (less dose - more food noise)

Hi all!

I have been taking ozempic for 14 weeks and have reached my goal of losing 40lb (18 kg).
I was on the following doses: 4 weeks 0.25 - 4 weeks 0.50 and 6 weeks 0.1

Now I want to maintain and 2 days ago I had a shot of 0.75, but today I notice that after 14 weeks my hunger and food noise have increased. Is it possible only 2 days after the shot?

I had no food noise at 0.75 while I was on it, but the doctor insisted to go on 0.1 (I shouldn't since I was also responded on 0,75.)
I don't want to stay on 0.1 for ever but it seems that at 0.75 has minimum or no effect at all.
Please advise or share your stories.
