After a 20% gain in U.S. semiconductors, I'm reviewing my strategy

INSIGHT:illuminati:

I've been gradually building my position in U.S. semiconductor stocks since Q3 last year. I held steady through the Q4 consolidation, and in February—still bullish on AI Coding's continued demand for compute power and chips—I added more. As of now, my position is up about 20%.

I'm not just trading a theme. Holdings like NVIDIA, Broadcom, and TSMC are fundamentally tied to AI infrastructure. No matter how applications evolve, it ultimately comes back to compute and silicon.

That said, the rhythm has definitely shifted. The early phase was driven by the explosive demand from training models; now, the focus is gradually shifting toward inference compute. I still see upside potential, but the pace won't be as aggressive as before.
