Sjögrens with CNS Involvement

In addition to my confirmed small fiber and autonomic neuropathy diagnoses, I have major Central Nervous System Involvement. Confirmed Sjögrens diagnosis recently made via lip biopsy and eye tests. If I go into an acute attack I fly into an aggressive movement disorder called Akathisia. It’s one of the worst symptoms you could ever have. Along with complete loss of personality and suddenly mentally ‘nuMb’ and severe derealization. Also vertigo that I was told by a sub specialist in Otoneurology is Central (brain) vertigo.
