Pots care USA/Canada/Australia

Hi,

I’m looking for written guidelines or protocols that USA/Canada follow for diagnosis and treatment of pots. Including emergency treatment for say severe flares and such.

I’m from the UK and we have NOTHING. Our diagnosis and treatment is utter bollocks. I’ve just been in hospital for a severe flare. And not once was I offered fluids, which I think would have actually helped. I was left for two days without any medication at all. It was absolute hell. I want to try and encourage the government to bring in changes, to stop the suffering all of us potsies are going through. I would be interested to see guidelines from other countries for such things.
