Emirates Holiday Flight March 12

I’m sure somebody will have a problem with me asking this, but does anybody have any realtime experience with cancelling a full Holiday package through Emirates yet? I am set to fly out on March 12, and while they have extended their dates for “full refund” to March 31st, last time we spoke with the Emirates vacation line (completely separate from the phone line everybody else is trying to use) they said they are only managing vacation packages that are within 72 hours of departure. I don’t see any updates on their website today yet and the site still shows flights canceled through March 7th
