I built a SaaS for coaches — AI handles their entire post-session workflow

the problem: coaches spend 2-3 hours after every session on admin. notes, recaps, homework emails, invoices. none of that is coaching — it's paperwork.

what I built (The Coach Loop): AI bot joins the Zoom call, records + transcribes it, extracts key insights, generates a recap draft. Coach reviews and approves. Client gets a clean email with homework and next steps. Stripe billing built in.

stack: React Router 7, Fastify, Drizzle, PostgreSQL, Railway. Recall.ai (bot) → AssemblyAI (transcription) → Gemini (extraction).
